 pre installed black powder coated metal mounting brackets, windscreen is made of  1/8" balck vac formed composite that can be scuffed and painted. fits most all  7" headlights. Some bracket adjustments may be needed for install on other model lights, you can switch brackets from side to side for adjustments..
